Berserk

-Armor, absorb, evades, and stun resistance.
Lasts 30 seconds
3 minute re-use timer

Blood Frenzy

Caps at level 1
Requires level 100
Requires Berserk 5
Requires Enrage 1
+ 25% accuracy bonus and 100% melee damage bonus.
+ 200% modifier to your Enrage skill.
Gain 2% damage per point every 3 seconds. Lose 6% life every 3 seconds.
Ends if life is below 10%, or can be toggled off after 10 seconds.

Conquest

Allows your offhand weapon to parry at the cost of no longer attacking with it. Each parry contributes to a perfect-aim counterstrike at the end of the skill's duration.
10% damage to counterattack per mob attack parried, 20% for players.
+ 4% tohit bonus when riposting (passive).
Must have a weapon equipped in offhand.
Lasts 16 seconds

Desperation

Requires Combat Precision 3
+ 50% melee damage bonus.
+ 3% accuracy bonus.
Large strength and agility bonuses.
Activates at 8% life + 3% life per point (roughly).
Lasts 30 seconds

Heroism

Caps at level 4
Requires level 81
By perfoming the selfless act of placing yourself in harm's way for another, you gain large bonuses to your damage, but take a lot of damage in doing so.
This skill has a 50% + 8%/point chance of blocking attacks.
Each hit you block gives you + 12% dmg.
Enemy damage against you increased by 100% - 20% per point.
Cannot Crit Hit or Berserk when the skill is active.
Lasts 30 seconds

Kick

Light attack.
+ 7% chance, roughly, to interrupt spellcasting/cause an attack delay per point.
8 second re-use timer

Revenge

Lowers nontarget riposte penalty to 25%.
Lasts 30 seconds

Dual Wield

Allows a weapon to be wielded in the offhand with a damage penalty.
+ 5% offhand damage per point.
+ 1% parry bonus per point.

Enrage

+ 33% agro generated on melee attacks per point.
Adds bonus agro for damage mitigated by enemy defenses. The more damage the enemy mitigates the more agro will be generated.
Enrage will now also generate agro if an attack is evaded of 5% of the player's minimum damage per point.

Improved Vitality

Caps at level 4
Requires level 15
+ 2% life bonus per point.
+ 10% life regeneration per point.

Intimidation

Caps at level 3
Requires level 28
Raises the level at which mobs cease to autoattack you by 1 per point.
Gives a small damage bonus versus low-level mobs.

Magic Resistance

Requires level 35
+ 5% resistance to fire, ice, earth, air, light, and dark spells per point.

Malice

Requires level 90
+ 2% Penetration per point.

Mastery of Pain

Not capable of critical hitting.
Doesn't work if Berserk is active.

Riposte

+ 3% riposte bonus per point
+ 4% possible riposte bonus per point.
50% penality to riposte when riposting a nontargetted mob/player.
Riposte has a 2 second delay in between ripostes (off same target)

Swords

Can be increased at every fifth level (level 5,10,etc.)
Improves your ability to wield and do damage with swords.

Swordplay

Requires level 68
Requires Parry 5
+ 3% chance per point to delay the attacker's next attack after a parry.

Stability

Caps at level 4
Requires level 43
+ 8% stun resistance per point.
+ 2% chance per point to land a Bash with 100% accuracy.

Triple Attack

Caps at level 4
Requires level 60
Requires Double Attack 5
+ 4% chance to hit an additional time with your weapon per point.
This is on a separate timer from Double Attack.
